As the project progresses, the margin for decision shrinks and the cost of switching skyrockets. <\/p><p>We are engineers. We do this in two modalities: comparative studies in the design phase, to see which solution of structure, fa\u00e7ade or finishes has the least impact when there is still a choice, and detailed calculation on the closed project.
