For construction materials, this passport will be nourished by much of the information already contained in the Environmental Product Declarations today. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":150,\"335559740\":300}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Here&#8217;s a major mindset shift for manufacturers. The temptation is to see the DPP only as a legal obligation that will have to be complied with. But the resilient approach is the opposite: those who already have DAPs that comply with the EN 15804 standard reach the new stage with advanced work, while those who do not have them will have to start from scratch under calendar pressure.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":150,\"335559740\":300}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It is also worth anticipating a challenge that other sectors are already well aware of: the quality and consistency of data. When each customer requests the information in a different format, the manufacturer spends more time on administration than on improving its product.
