In addition to these funds, there are the IDAE&#8217;s own programmes, such as the PREE and the PREE 5000 (the latter for municipalities with a demographic challenge), the aid of each autonomous community and the deductions from Personal Income Tax for energy efficiency works. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":150,\"335559740\":300}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The time factor is key: the Next Generation funds have entered their final stretch, with deadlines set for the end of 2026 and no extensions planned. Many of the calls require demonstrating a reduction in the consumption of non-renewable primary energy of at least 30%, or an improvement in the energy rating of the building. In addition, the Energy Saving Certificate (CAE) system allows additional income to be generated from the actions carried out, improving profitability.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":150,\"335559740\":300}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The bottleneck of these grants is usually the processing: technical documentation, justification of the improvement and strict compliance with deadlines and requirements.
