Non-compliant activities could have a higher cost of capital or reduced access to ESG financing. <\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2304\" data-end=\"2606\"><p data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2606\"><strong data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2354\">Direct relationship with ESG\/CSRD <em data-start=\"2332\" data-end=\"2343\">reporting<\/em><\/strong><br data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2357\"\/>Companies subject to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) will have to demonstrate the extent to which their activities are aligned with the taxonomy. The new features of 2025 may modify calculation criteria and thresholds. <\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2608\" data-end=\"2840\"><p data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"2840\"><strong data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"2659\">Greater demand for evidence and transparency<\/strong><br data-start=\"2659\" data-end=\"2662\"\/>Generic statements will not suffice;
