At the same time, we made a double materiality analysis, identifying both: <\/p><ul><li>Environmental and social impacts that Coordonn\u00e9 generates on its environment (use of resources, emissions, waste treatment, working conditions of its workers and suppliers).<\/li><li>Risks and opportunities that the external environment (ESG regulation, customer expectations, market conditions) exert on the business.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e060110 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e060110\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to this approach, it was possible to prioritise critical areas where Coordonn\u00e9 had to act to improve its sustainability performance.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-746586e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"746586e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>  Action plan and goals towards B Corp<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3192bb4 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3192bb4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the results of the diagnosis, we designed an action plan with concrete measures aligned with B Corp&#8217;s five key areas (governance, environment, community, customers, employees).
